{"created":"2022-12-19T04:52:50.743973+00:00","id":71,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"3d0263aa-4b34-41af-96ff-4941c3845ffb"},"_deposit":{"created_by":5,"id":"71","owners":[5],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"71"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:nies.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000071","sets":["33:35:61"]},"author_link":["66","67"],"item_10008_date_8":{"attribute_name":"出版年月日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2020","subitem_date_issued_type":"Issued"}]},"item_10008_description_16":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10008_description_6":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"東南アジア各国は、急激な経済成長と工業化、人口増加に伴う都市排水（汚水）の増加等に直面する一方で、適切な排水処理を促進するための制度はまだ十分整備されておらず、処理に有効な技術も普及していない状況にあります。JAIF-PoDIWM事業では、国立環境研究所がインドネシア共和国公共事業・国民住宅省と共同で平成30年7月より2年5か月の間、ASEAN内の対象9ヶ国と共に東南アジア地域共通の問題に対する相互理解を深め、各国内の水環境を取り巻くステークホルダーとのネットワーク形成に尽力してきました。また同時に、政策実施に向けての能力開発トレーニングや2回の政策対話を実施し、人材育成にも寄与してきました。\n\n今回、プロジェクトの終了に際して、プロジェクトに参画したASEAN内の対象9ヶ国がお互いの現状や課題を共有し、プロジェクトの実施成果を必要に応じて参照し、政策実現に寄与できるよう、1,000ページを超える最終報告書から重要事項を抜粋、執筆、編集し、このプロジェクトで培った英知を簡潔に共有できる報告冊子を制作しました。\n\nWhile Southeast Asian countries are facing rapid economic growth, industrialization, and an increase in urban wastewater (sewage) due to population growth, systems for promoting appropriate wastewater treatment have not yet been fully developed. In the JAIF-PoDIWM project, NIES, in collaboration with the Ministry of Public Works and National Housing of the Republic of Indonesia, worked with the 9 target countries in ASEAN for two years and five months from July 2018 to address common issues in the Southeast Asian region. We have deepened our understanding and have made efforts to form networks with stakeholders surrounding the water environment in each country. At the same time, we have contributed to human resource development by conducting capacity building training and two policy dialogues for policy implementation.\n\nAt the end of the project, NIES has created a report booklet (hereinafter referred to as \"booklet\") by extracting important matters from the more than 1,000 pages final report so that participants can briefly share the wisdom cultivated in this project.
